Illinois High School Soccer - Streator/Woodland toppled by Herscher
April 3, 2025: Herscher, IL 60941 Herscher Tigers (Herscher, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Streator/Woodland Bulldogs (Streator, IL), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Herscher advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Centennial (Champaign, IL) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 4-1. Centennial won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Monticello (Monticello, IL)
The Bulldogs now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Ottawa for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. Streator/Woodland will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over DePue (DePue, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
