North Carolina High School Softball - Draughn bounces Hibriten
April 3, 2025: Lenoir, NC 28645 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC) and the host Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), observed Draughn's softball team prevail over Hibriten by a tally of 15-1.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers go into the non-league bout with a 0-8 record.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Ashe County Huskies (West Jefferson, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Hibriten will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 18-7 non-league win over East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC).
