Alabama High School Soccer - Wetumpka nudges Holtville
April 3, 2025: Deatsville, AL 36022 The Wetumpka Indians soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Holtville Bulldogs to 2 in the Indians non-league victory on Thursday.
The Indians now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Smiths Station for a non-league bout on Friday, April 4. Wetumpka will play a Panthers squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Russell County (Seale, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-10.
With the loss, Holtville moves to 4-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Tallassee (Tallassee, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, April 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Tallassee lost 5-3 in their recent league bout against Trinity Presbyterian (Montgomery, AL)
