Arkansas High School Softball - Tuckerman bounces Walnut Ridge
April 3, 2026: Walnut Ridge, AR 72476 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Tuckerman Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 11-4 triumph over the Walnut Ridge Bobcats.
With the triumph, Tuckerman improves its record to 13-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Cedar Ridge (Newark, AR) to play the Timberwolves in a 2A Region 2 game on Monday, April 6. The Timberwolves enter the game with a record of 9-6. Cedar Ridge won 23-0 in their recent league game against Marshall (Marshall, AR)
The Bobcats now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Buffalo Island Central for a non-league game on Saturday, April 4. Walnut Ridge will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 11-4 league win over Piggott (Piggott, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-6.
