California High School Lacrosse - Torrey Pines drops to Grossmont
April 30, 2022: San Diego, CA 92130 Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA), 13-5 in a non-league test.
The Foothillers now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santana for a Grossmont test on Wednesday, May 4. Grossmont will face a Sultans squad coming off a 18-1 league win over Helix (La Mesa, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 14-5.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Poway Titans (Poway, CA) in a Avocado test, on Tuesday, May 3. Torrey Pines will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Titans come into the test with a 11-4 record after their 18-3 non-league win over Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA).
