Illinois High School Lacrosse - Lincoln-Way West drops to Washington
April 30, 2022: Washington, IL 61571 Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL), 9-5 in a league battle.
The Panthers now have a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lemont for a South Suburban battle on Saturday, May 7.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL) in a South Suburban battle, on Wednesday, May 4. Lincoln-Way West will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 7-7 record after their 21-16 non-league win over Taft (Chicago, IL).
