Ohio High School Softball - North Central bounces Patrick Henry
April 30, 2022: Pioneer, OH 43554 North Central Eagles (Pioneer, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Patrick Henry Patriots (Hamler, OH), 12-7 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Stryker for a Buckeye Border challenge on Thursday, May 5. North Central will face a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Pettisville (Pettisville, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Patrick Henry falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Wauseon (Wauseon, OH) to face the Indians in a Northwest Ohio Athletic challenge on Monday, May 2. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Wauseon lost 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Otsego (Tontogany, OH)
