Ohio High School Softball - Otsego bounces Wauseon
April 30, 2022: Wauseon, OH 43567 Otsego Knights (Tontogany, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Eastwood for a Northern Buckeye challenge on Wednesday, May 4. Otsego will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 18-3.
With the loss, Wauseon falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Patrick Henry (Hamler, OH) to battle the Patriots in a Northwest Ohio Athletic challenge on Monday, May 2. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Patrick Henry lost 12-7 in their recent non-league challenge against North Central (Pioneer, OH)
