April 30, 2024: Westbrook, ME 04092 In Tuesday's league test, the host Westbrook Blue Blazes lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots.
The Blue Blazes now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traip for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 7. Westbrook will face a Rangers squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 4-1.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Noble Knights (North Berwick, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 2. Gray-New Gloucester will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 14-8 league loss to Massabesic (Waterboro, ME).
