April 30, 2024: Cape Girardeau, MO 63703 Jackson Fighting Indians (Jackson, MO) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Central Tigers (Cape Girardeau, MO), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Fighting Indians confront the Seckman Jaguars (Imperial, MO) in a Class 4 District 1 challenge, on Wednesday, May 1. Jackson will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 0-0 league Northwest (Cedar Hill, MO).
The Tigers now have a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Saxony Lutheran for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. Central will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over North County (Bonne Terre, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-4.
