Illinois High School Soccer - Wheaton Academy nudges Timothy Christian
April 30, 2024: Elmhurst, IL 60126 Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Timothy Christian Trojans (Elmhurst, IL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Western Michigan Christian Warriors (Muskegon, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 3. Wheaton Academy will attempt to better on its 11-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Lee (Wyoming, MI).
The Trojans now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Illinois Math & Science Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Timothy Christian will confront a Titans team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL). The Titans record now stands at 3-5.
