Minnesota High School Softball - St. Croix Prep bounces North Lakes Academy
April 30, 2024: Stillwater, MN 55082 St. Croix Prep Lions (Stillwater, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN), 14-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host St. Croix Lutheran for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. St. Croix Prep will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Visitation (Mendota Heights, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, North Lakes Academy falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Academy for Sciences & Agriculture (Vadnais Heights, MN) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Academy for Sciences & Agriculture lost 24-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mounds Park Academy (St. Paul, MN)
