In Wednesday's league bout, the Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA) baseball squad nipped the visiting Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA), by a score of 7-6.

Next up, the Berries encounter the Clarion Area Bobcats (Clarion, PA) in a Keystone Shortway bout, on Thursday, May 1. Cranberry Area will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the bout with a 7-3 record after their 10-5 league win over Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Rimersburg, PA).
