Willows Academy Eagles (Des Plaines, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Willows Academy advances its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Chicago University (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Maroons in a Independent Schools test on Tuesday, May 6. The Maroons come into the test with a record of 5-3.

The Caxys now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cristo Rey St. Martin for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Lake Forest Academy will clash with a CRSM team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL). The CRSM record now stands at 6-6.
