Delaware High School Lacrosse - Caravel Academy sneaks past Milford
April 30, 2025: Milford, DE 19963 Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Caravel Academy Buccaneers (Bear, DE) and the host Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE), witnessed Caravel Academy's lacrosse squad hold off Milford by a score of 6-5.
The Buccaneers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Newark Charter School (Newark, DE). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Newark Charter School nipped Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE), 15-2, in a league contest.
Next, the Buccaneers meet the Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE) in a Henlopen North contest, on Friday, May 2. Milford will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Golden Knights enter the contest with a 1-8 record after their 17-4 non-league loss to Delmar (Delmar, DE).
