April 30, 2025: Bayville, NJ 08721 The Central Regional Golden Eagles lacrosse squad scored 2 points and limited the visiting St. Rose Purple Roses to 0 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Golden Eagles now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lacey Township for a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. Central Regional will face a Lions squad coming off a 15-12 league win over Brick Memorial (Brick, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 8-2.
Next, the Purple Roses meet the Toms River North Mariners (Toms River, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 5. St. Rose will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Mariners go into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ).
