In Monday's non-league contest, the Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC), by a margin of 13-1.

With the triumph, Metrolina Christian Academy moves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Warriors host Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC) to play the Eagles in a NICSAA Metrolina contest on Thursday, April 7. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 1-6.
