Illinois High School Softball - Fremd tipped by Montini Catholic
April 4, 2022: Lombard, IL 60148 The Montini Catholic Broncos softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Fremd Vikings to 4 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Montini Catholic moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Broncos travel to Fenwick (Oak Park, IL) to play the Friars in a GCAC- Red game on Tuesday, April 5. The Friars come into the game with a record of 5-0. Fenwick won 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL)
In their next game, the Vikings play the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 6. Fremd will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
