Illinois High School Softball - Marion bounces Trico
April 4, 2022: Campbell Hill, IL 62916 The Marion Wildcats routed the host Trico Pioneers softball squad by a count of 8-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL). The Rams go into the South Seven battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Mt. Vernon nudged Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Pioneers now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Freeburg for a non-league battle on Friday, April 15.
