Maryland High School Baseball - Southern loses to Glenelg
April 4, 2023: Harwood, MD 20776 The Glenelg Gladiators the host Southern Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 9-5 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Gladiators now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Hill for a Howard County bout on Tuesday, April 11. Glenelg will face a Hawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Pikesville (Baltimore, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 6-2.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD) in a Anne Arundel County test, on Tuesday, April 11. Southern will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 0-0 non-league Parkside (Salisbury, MD).
