Washington High School Soccer - Shorewood knocks off Marysville-Pilchuck
April 4, 2023: Shoreline, WA 98133 Shorewood Stormrays (Shoreline, WA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA), 5-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Stormrays confront the Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge, on Friday, April 7. Shorewood will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA).
The Tomahawks now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Everett for a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Friday, April 7. Marysville-Pilchuck will confront a Seagulls team coming off a 4-3 league win over Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA). The Seagulls record now stands at 1-1.
