Ohio High School Softball - Grove City bounces Bishop Ready
April 4, 2023: Grove City, OH 43123 Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bishop Ready Silver Knights (Columbus, OH), 19-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Greyhounds now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Berne Union for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 6. Grove City will face a Rockets squad coming off a 14-3 league win over Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Bishop Ready falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Silver knights travel to Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH) to face the Hawks in a Central Catholic challenge on Wednesday, April 5. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Bishop Hartley won 12-5 in their recent non-league challenge against London (London, OH)
