Delone Catholic Squires (McSherrystown, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting York Suburban Trojans (York, PA), 8-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Delone Catholic upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Squires travel to New Oxford (New Oxford, PA) to battle the Colonials in a non-league test on Saturday, April 6. The Colonials come into the test with a record of 2-2. New Oxford lost 9-2 in their recent league test against Central York (York, PA)

With the defeat, York Suburban falls to 0-5 on the season. The Trojans host South Western (Hanover, PA) to battle the Mustangs in a YAIAA 1 test on Tuesday, April 9. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 3-0. South Western won 7-5 in their recent league test against Dallastown (Dallastown, PA)
