April 4, 2024: Circle Pines, MN 55014 The Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN) softball nipped the visiting Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN), 1-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Osseo (Osseo, MN). The Orioles go into the Northwest Suburban bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Osseo held off Elk River (Elk River, MN), 3-1, in a league bout.
The Bengals now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Spring Lake Park for a Northwest Suburban bout on Friday, April 5. Blaine will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
