Kentucky High School Softball - Perry County Central gets by Highlands
April 4, 2024: Fort Thomas, KY 41075 The Perry County Central Commodores (Hazard, KY) softball nipped the host Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY), 4-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Commodores (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Homer-Center (Homer City, PA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.
The Bluebirds now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick Douglass for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. Highlands will confront a Broncos squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 6-4.
