April 4, 2025: Vermontville, MI 49096 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) and the host Maple Valley Lions (Vermontville, MI), saw Alma's baseball team gain a win over Maple Valley by a tally of 12-2.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Shepherd (Shepherd, MI). The Bluejays enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Shepherd prevailed over Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI), 6-3, in a non-league battle.
