Palmetto Ridge Bears (Naples, FL) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL), 8-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Palmetto Ridge advances its record to 10-10 on the season. The Bears travel to Southwest Florida Christian (Fort Myers, FL) to battle the King's in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 8. The King's come into the match with a record of 11-8. Southwest Florida Christian lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Out-of-Door Academy (Sarasota, FL)

The Green Wave now have a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Port for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 8.
