New Jersey High School Baseball - West Morris Mendham edges Sparta
April 4, 2025: Mendham, NJ 07945 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ) and the visiting Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ), saw West Morris Mendham's baseball team gain a win over Sparta by a tally of 4-1.
The Minutemen (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ). The Mountaineers enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Bernards held off Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Spartans face the Parsippany Hills Vikings (Parsippany, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 7. Sparta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ).
