New York High School Lacrosse - Aquinas Institute bounces Midlakes
April 4, 2025: Rochester, NY 14613 The Aquinas Institute Little Irish lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Midlakes Screaming Eagles to 5 in the Little Irish non-league triumph on Friday.
The Little Irish now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Our Lady of Mercy for a Section 5 Freelance outing on Wednesday, April 9. Aquinas Institute will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 14-8 non-league win over Hilton (Hilton, NY). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Midlakes falls to 0-1 on the year. The Screaming eagles travel to Geneva (Geneva, NY) to face the Panthers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 3-0. Geneva won 16-7 in their recent league contest against Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY)
