In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a tight 18-17 triumph over the Troy Colts.

The Blue Devils (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Athens (Troy, MI). The Red Hawks go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Colts clash with the Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 7. Troy will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
