April 4, 2025: Knoxville, TN 37923 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish (Knoxville, TN) and the visiting Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN), saw Knoxville Catholic's soccer squad hold off Alcoa by a count of 4-3.
The Fighting Irish (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bearden (Knoxville, TN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 8-0 record. In their last battle, Bearden tipped Knoxville Central (Knoxville, TN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Tornadoes battle the Knoxville Central Bobcats (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 5. Alcoa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Maryville (Maryville, TN).
