New York High School Softball - Mt. Markham bounces Holland Patent
April 4, 2025: West Winfield, NY 13491 The Mt. Markham Mustangs softball team scored 25 runs and held the visiting Holland Patent Golden Knights to 1 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stockbridge Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, April 7. Mt. Markham will confront a Indians team coming off a 7-1 league win over Cincinnatus Central (Cincinnatus, NY). The Indians record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Holland Patent moves to 0-1 on the season. The Golden knights host Proctor (Utica, NY) to confront the Raiders in a Section 3 Tri-Valley battle on Thursday, April 10. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
