The Madison Bobcats softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Skyline Grizzlies to 3 in the Bobcats non-league win on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pocatello for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Madison will confront a Thunder team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Highland (Pocatello, ID). The Thunder record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Skyline moves to 5-3 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID) to confront the Diggers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Diggers come into the battle with a record of 8-6. Sugar-Salem lost 15-7 in their recent non-league battle against Wood River (Hailey, ID)
