The Garfield Bulldogs baseball squad (Seattle, WA), was overwhelmed 7-2 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Liberty Patriots (Issaquah, WA)

With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, WA) to face the Wolverines in a KingCo Crest battle on Monday, April 6. The Wolverines enter the battle with a record of 6-3. Bellevue won 17-6 in their recent league battle against Liberty (Issaquah, WA)

Next, the Bulldogs face the Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro battle, on Monday, April 6. Garfield will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Roughriders come into the contest with a 7-1 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Cleveland (Seattle, WA).
