April 4, 2026: Missoula, MT 59801 The St. Ignatius Bulldogs baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Hellgate Knights to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Corvallis for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 7. St. Ignatius will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 10-0 league win over Stevensville (Stevensville, MT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Hellgate drops to 0-2 on the year. The Knights host Butte (Butte, MT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Class AA - West test on Saturday, April 11. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-4.
