The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) and the host Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL), saw Rolling Meadows's baseball team gain a win over Larkin by a tally of 12-4.

The Mustangs (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record.

Next, the Royals face the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate Eight battle, on Monday, April 6. Larkin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Maroons enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL).
