April 4, 2026: Nutley, NJ 07110 The Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ) softball routed the host Nutley Raiders (Nutley, NJ), 14-7 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 7. Dayton will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Nutley moves to 2-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ) to encounter the Knights in a non-league outing on Monday, April 6. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 1-2. West Essex won 4-3 in their recent league outing against Verona (Verona, NJ)
