Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Academy of the New Church overwhelms Wissahickon
April 5, 2022: Ambler, PA 19002 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league game between the Academy of the New Church Lions (Bryn Athyn, PA) and the host Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA), saw Academy of the New Church's lacrosse team overcome Wissahickon by a margin of 11-3.
The Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their game against William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Quakers enter the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, William Penn Charter was overwhelmed by St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record.
