The River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL) softball nipped the host Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL), 3-2 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Royal Knights (10-5) will now prepare for their bout against Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Gators go into the non-league bout with a 9-9 record. In their last bout, Land O' Lakes held off Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL), 10-0, in a non-league bout.
