Arizona High School Baseball - Saguaro gets by Prescott

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Prescott Badgers (Prescott, AZ), saw Saguaro's baseball squad knock off Prescott by a count of 10-7.

Coming up next, the Sabercats play the Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ) in a 4A Desert Sky battle, on Monday, April 10. Saguaro will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 11-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ).

The Badgers now possess a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mingus for a 4A Grand Canyon battle on Thursday, April 6. Prescott will play a Marauders squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ). The Marauders record now stands at 6-12.
