Missouri High School Softball - Santa Fe bounces Bunceton
April 5, 2023: Alma, MO 64001 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Santa Fe Chiefs (Alma, MO) and the visiting Bunceton Dragons (Bunceton, MO), witnessed Santa Fe's softball squad prevail over Bunceton by a count of 20-0.
The Chiefs now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Crest Ridge for a District 16 match on Monday, April 10. Santa Fe will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 4-3 league loss to Concordia (Concordia, MO). The Cougars record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Bunceton moves to 1-2 on the season. The Dragons travel to St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia, MO) to meet the Saints in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 12. The Saints go into the match with a record of 1-3.
