April 5, 2024: Savannah, GA 31419 Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Golden Bears confront the Richmond Hill Wildcats (Richmond Hill, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 6. Holy Innocents Episcopal will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 13-0 record after their 10-0 league win over Colquitt County (Norman Park, GA).
The Hornets now have a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Vincent's for a 3A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Savannah Country Day will confront a Saints team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over May River (Bluffton, SC). The Saints record now stands at 9-4.
