Michigan High School Lacrosse - Grosse Pointe South drops to Detroit Country Day
April 5, 2024: Beverly Hills, MI 48025 In Friday's non-league test, the host Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets lacrosse squad scored a good 24-1 victory over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Yellowjackets now have a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grand Ledge for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 9. Detroit Country Day will face a Comets squad coming off a 21-6 non-league win over Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Comets record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 8. Grosse Pointe South will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI).
