April 5, 2024: Pemberville, OH 43450 The Eastwood Eagles softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Elmwood Royals to 6 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Eastwood moves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Eagles host Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH) to clash with the Rockets in a Northern Buckeye game on Saturday, April 6. The Rockets come into the game with a record of 4-1. Oak Harbor lost 5-3 in their recent non-league game against Boardman (Youngstown, OH)
In their next game, the Royals clash with the McComb Panthers (McComb, OH) in a Blanchard Valley game, on Wednesday, April 10. Elmwood will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-1 record after their 18-13 non-league win over Holgate (Holgate, OH).
