New Jersey High School Baseball - Ramapo defeats Emerson
April 5, 2025: Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the visiting Emerson Cavaliers (Emerson, NJ), saw Ramapo's baseball team beat Emerson by a margin of 7-1.
The Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ). The Maroons enter the Big North - Freedom battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Ridgewood was overwhelmed by Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cavaliers face the Cresskill Cougars (Cresskill, NJ) in a NJIC - Patriot battle, on Monday, April 7. Emerson will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ).
