Texas High School Baseball - Midway wallops Hendrickson
April 5, 2025: Waco, TX 76712 The Midway Panthers (Waco, TX) baseball trounced the visiting Hendrickson Hawks (Pflugerville, TX), 11-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 14-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Killeen for a 5A Region III District 22 challenge on Tuesday, April 8. Midway will clash with a Kangaroos team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Midway (Waco, TX). The Kangaroos record now stands at 3-16.
With the defeat, Hendrickson drops to 5-16 on the year. The Hawks host Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 8-11. Pflugerville won 15-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Leander (Leander, TX)
