April 5, 2025: Leander, TX 78641 The Leander Lions baseball squad (Leander, TX), was overwhelmed 15-2 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Pflugerville Panthers (Pflugerville, TX)
With the triumph, Pflugerville moves its record to 8-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX) to confront the Hawks in a 5A Region III District 23 contest on Tuesday, April 8. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 5-16. Hendrickson lost 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against Midway (Waco, TX)
The Lions now possess a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rouse for a 5A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, April 8. Leander will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 16-6.
