Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA), 12-5 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Monrovia moves its record to 14-3 on the season. The Wildcats host Temple City (Temple City, CA) to battle the Rams in a Rio Hondo match on Monday, April 7. The Rams come into the match with a record of 3-9. Temple City lost 11-2 in their recent league match against San Marino (San Marino, CA)

The Barristers now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a Northern match on Wednesday, April 9. Marshall will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 10-4 league loss to Bravo (Los Angeles, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
