New York High School Lacrosse - Palmyra-Macedon drops to Irondequoit
April 5, 2025: Rochester, NY 14617 Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders (Palmyra, NY), 13-7 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Irondequoit improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Webster Thomas (Webster, NY) to play the Titans in a Section 5 Monroe County I game on Tuesday, April 8. The Titans come into the game with a record of 0-1. Webster Thomas lost 11-5 in their recent league game against Rush-Henrietta (Henrietta, NY)
The Red Raiders now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mynderse Academy for a Section 5 Finger Lakes II game on Wednesday, April 9. Palmyra-Macedon will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 16-7 league loss to Geneva (Geneva, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-4.
