Virginia High School Lacrosse - Westfield overwhelms McLean
April 5, 2025: McLean, VA 22101 The Westfield Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the host McLean Highlanders to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Braddock for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Westfield will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, McLean falls to 1-2 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA) to clash with the Generals in a Liberty challenge on Wednesday, April 9. The Generals go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Washington-Liberty won 18-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Falls Church (Falls Church, VA)
